The documentary I chose to watch
was Blackfish. The documentary itself follows multiple killer whales but one that
was the most focused on went by the name of Tilikum. The documentary talks
about whales that are free and whales that are in captivity. At some points in
the documentary they show short clips of whales in the wild and how friendly
they are, they swim in packs together and are not harmful when they see people.
In the still image is a picture of the main killer whale Tilikum and how he is
playing along with his trainers and not causing any harm. This is a powerful
picture because it shows such a big animal of a different spices and how it is
able to interact and learn. People believe they are one of the most dangerous animals,
yet there is video evidence that they can be playful as well.
