I couldn't get an interview with my person last weekend because he had to work last minute. My interviewer is Intel employee Steve Forbes and I will be documenting how his mentorship of the Carl Hayden High School Falcon Robotics team has helped them win their state championships for the last 4 years. Here are the questions I plan on asking him this weekend though:
1.) What made inspired you to start mentoring a robotics team (He has a huge background in robotics)?
2.) What methods of mentorship do you think have made the team successful as opposed to other robotics mentors.
3.) What is your favorite part of mentoring?
4.) What are some of your goals in life or goals you've already achieved?
The first question should take up most of the interview since he will be telling his engineering family upbringing as well as his years on his own robotics team.
